Terms and Conditions
Scope of Application
1.1. These terms and conditions apply to the business relationship between Good Feeling Products LLC, the operator of the online shop goodfeelingllc.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer"), in the version valid at the time of the order.
1.2. The Seller’s customer service is available for questions, complaints, and claims on business days from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm via email at info@goodfeelingllc.com.
1.3. A consumer, as defined by these terms and conditions, is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
1.4. Deviating terms and conditions of the Customer will not be recognized unless the Seller explicitly agrees to their validity.
Offers and Service Descriptions
2.1. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. Service descriptions on the website do not have the character of a guarantee or warranty.
2.2. All offers are valid "while supplies last," unless otherwise stated for the products. Errors are reserved.
Order Process and Conclusion of Contract
3.1. The Customer can select products from the Seller's range without obligation and collect them in the shopping cart via the button [Add to Cart]. The Customer can complete the order process by clicking on [Proceed to Checkout].
3.2. By clicking [Buy], the Customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods in the shopping cart. Before submitting the order, the Customer can review and modify the data at any time.
3.3. After placing the order, the Customer will receive an automatic acknowledgment of receipt via email, documenting the order process. The purchase contract is only concluded upon the delivery of the goods or a separate order confirmation.
Commercial Resale
4.1. The commercial resale of the ordered products is only permitted with the explicit consent of the Seller.
Prices and Shipping Costs
5.1. All prices listed on the website include statutory sales tax.
5.2. The Seller additionally charges shipping costs, which are displayed to the Customer before the completion of the order process.
Delivery and Product Availability
6.1. For agreed advance payment, delivery will occur after receipt of the invoice amount.
6.2. If not all ordered products are available, the Seller is entitled to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for the Customer.
6.3. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the Seller may withdraw from the contract. Payments already made will be refunded.
6.4. If the ordered product is unavailable, and the Seller is not at fault for the non-delivery, the Seller may withdraw from the contract. Payments already made will be refunded.
Payment Methods
7.1. The Customer can choose from the available payment methods displayed before completing the order process.
7.2. If payment by invoice is possible, it must be paid within 30 days after receipt of the goods and invoice.
Retention of Title
8.1. The goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment is made.
Warranty and Guarantees
9.1. The warranty is governed by statutory provisions.
9.2. Guarantees exist only if expressly granted.
Liability
10.1. The Seller has unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence.
10.2. For slight negligence, the Seller is only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations.
10.3. Liability is excluded for damages not caused by intent or gross negligence, except for damages to life, body, or health.
Storage of the Contract Text
11.1. The Customer can save or print the contract text before completing the order.
11.2. An additional storage of the contract text by the Seller does not occur.
Data Protection
12.1. The Seller processes personal data in accordance with legal regulations.
12.2. Further information can be found in the Seller's privacy policy.
Place of Jurisdiction, Applicable Law, and Contract Language
13.1. The place of jurisdiction and performance is the Seller's registered office, provided the Customer is a merchant.
13.2. The contract language is English.
Automatic System-Based Shop Emails
14.1. By registering in the online shop, the Customer agrees to receive automated emails, such as cart reminders or review requests.
