Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, received the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., by letter, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising if you have chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal from this contract. The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. The refund will be free of charge for you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

After we have received your notice of withdrawal, you must return or hand over the goods without delay and no later than 14 days to Good Feeling Products LLC. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods must be borne by you.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functioning.
