Shipping Information
Delivery Regions
We offer international delivery only and do not deliver domestically within Germany or the European Union.
Our main delivery zones include America and Asia. Additional countries outside the EU may be served upon prior agreement.
Shipping Costs (Including VAT)
Shipping costs are tiered as follows:
- For orders up to $139: $39 shipping cost
- For orders from $140: $18 shipping cost
- For orders from $250: $9 shipping cost
- For orders from $490: Free shipping
Free Shipping
Shipping is free of charge for orders with a total value of $490 or more.
Delivery Times
- International Delivery: Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days after the conclusion of the contract (or after payment is received for prepayment orders).
Please note that delivery does not take place on Sundays or public holidays.
If you order products with different delivery times, we will ship them together in a single shipment unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
